has anyone seen this bag recently in any boutiques stores...? it's sold out at the marni store in ny-- and i checked all the department stores in ny too and the marni site online!

Emma, check the newly-opened Marni store in South Coast Plaza (Orange County, CA). They had a lot of bags when I went last week. I saw the balloon bag in another color, so maybe they had more in back.

PrincessImp. & mundodabolsa your bags are so gorgeous! I love them. I love the ease of the added messenger strap as well! Incredibly convenient. They both look so great - I was wondering when I'd hear more about this bag I saw it (or a similar Marni style) on Cameron Diaz a couple weeks ago and it piqued my interest but these look even nicer than hers.

I finally bought a Marni bag from Yoox lately. It was beautiful but unfortunately, it arrived w/ a broken clasp. I guess it was not meant to be. [OT - Yoox has a pretty good return procedure, and is easy to deal w/.] Does anyone know where else I can find Marni bags on sale?

^not a store but I'm on the mail list @ www.marni.com & they send out notices when they are going to be having a sale & there are still, or were a week ago, bags on sale. The sale link is still up on their site, check it out. I really have wanted a marni bag as I do love the bubbly style.
