I just think most of it looks silly or unflattering on these models, so I cringe at the thought of seeing it on normal people.

I think the way Most fashion shows are styled, the clothes look quite unflattering- (marc Jacobs this season is a very good example)

but quite a few of the individual pieces are very nice.

I like all of the skirts here-
but I would pair them with very fitted, simple, dark tops-

and the first billowy top- if worn belted at the waist over a high pencil skirt and tall skinny heel boots would be quite sexy IMO

The last dress is quite nice as well, and If the model was wearing it a few sizes smaller, that would be more easily apparent

Just my thoughts

i was just thinking..with the attack of fur in milan this season wouldn't it seem like a perfect opportunity for marni to do something with their fur heritage?

if i'm not mistaken they used to be "ciwi furs"?

i really hope this looks better in the store than it does on the runway...
i didn't like spring 06 on the runway very much...
but there are a number of pieces in the stores that are much nicer...

so i am going to wait and see...
