My bf just made me realize something... Why does Mathias' eyes are sometimes stated as "hazel", when it's obvious his eyes are green/blue? I don't get it! Somebody must offer those agencies some glasses!

Hazel is a mix of brown/amber and green or blue/gray.
I think it really is about having either brown parts in a mainly green or blue eye or like green or blue shades in a mainly brown eye.

On Wikipedia it also says that in North America, hazel is often used to describe eyes that appear to change color.

↑ I don't know. I perceive (at least my brain does) his eyes to be predominantly a blue-green shade. I think it depends on the light though.

Yeah, it's true... I've never seen brown in his eyes, though. They look blue/green to me... Whatever the color is, his eyes are

I think Mathias has hazel eyes, though in photoshop they make them more green or more blue depending

Sometimes people say I have hazel eyes... Which is obviously wrong, my eyes never look anything but amber/honey or whatever it's called...

Purple eyes would be awesome, so unique... But theirs are special enough!
