Sessilee Lopez is still inexplicably ranked above Jourdan Dunn. That just defies all logic and reason.

Sessilee skipped both Milan and London back in February to shoot something "big" out in California and some place else (i forgot). She is a firm favourite of Meisel and has a pretty strong editorial chart...but she falls short on good covers and campaigns. I'm sure there are a few things coming up for her that might "justify" her current ranking.

I find this hard to believe. Whatever she shot, I'm sure it wasn't bigger than a US Vogue cover, and it couldn't have been a F/W campaign because the shows were still showing.

^Well I don't know about Amanda, but Hanne Gaby just had the March VI cover, and Eniko has done Gucci ads, whereas Karlie had only had comparatively small campaigns...also, Eniko is obviously a firm favorite of I&V and Sorrenti.

I don't think it will matter she's reached (even surpassed) models like Gemma, Daria, Gisele and Angela who were number 1 before her, and even if she took a few seasons off it wouldn't undo her past work and the status she has reached.

All in all I think Raquel has a VERY diverse protfolio of work, I think she's done More than Daria, but probably less than Angela but more high fashion than Gisele.

Well I think its hard to translate #'s versus sheer importance of a campaign, Lancome is a big coup for a model, a long standing cosmetics contract. Daria has that and she has achieved definately a status in the industry. You can argue Raquel is above her and some will agree with you, I still go with Daria, but they are in a level where it is arguable, so agree to disagree

But Raquel above Giselle. No way. And i mean that in the most respectful way possible.

I do believe Raquel has more campaigns than Daria She does not beat Gisele in number of campaigns, considering Gisele had 12 Dolce & Gabbana campaigns! She's been the face of the same brands several times, Raquel has been the face of more brands at least once.

Raquel has one of the more diverse campaign records! I can't think of one big brand she hasn't campaigned for! (maybe Jil Sander or JPG but are they really that big?) And Raquel just signed a 2 year contract with Shiseido.

Gisele beats everybody in terms of covers though!

For all her success, Raquel never did manage to become a superstar, which may hurt her status in the long run. I think there are girls on the model list that will become far more iconic than Raquel, even if they apparently accomplish less, because they have more star power. Someone like Coco, who's much more recognizable even with a less impressive resume.

I do think Raquel should be moved to the icon list though. Her being on the "faces of the future" list is quite silly.
