As for the money guys ranking- first gabriel aubrey has to be getting celebrity rates not model rates. (i guess we don't know their bank accounts so I am not really into mdc's money ranks for women or men).

glad ash & tyler out (that was the "bad a$$ stage) is out! and i don't understand how Nikola. is #5? When clearly, Ben and Matthias has more blue chip campaigns than that him.

Oh god. Is it really necessary to pin gemma and sasha against eachother? Im a big big Gemma fan, but even i can recognise that both women stand on their own despite having similar looks. They shouldnt have to compete, both are great models.

Can't agree more. Some models have similar looks. People always mix them up in the beginning but people can eventually separate their looks after a span. They have different characteristics. Sasha is not a replacement for Gemma. She's another person.

lol the gemma vs sasha argument is so old. you're ignorant if you think a comeback from gemma means that sasha's career will die. sasha has been consistent with the runway, print and campaign work she gets every season and has spent at least 5 years in the top 50, with a good portion of that time in the top 5. she's lasted through the changing of the trends and proved her worth as a model, trust me sasha aint going nowhere, and if she does it wont be due to a comeback from gemma they may have been constantly compared to each other at the beginning but like alice said they're separate people with different characteristics.

sasha is a great model. her talent is what keeps her in this industry after so many years. im sure there is room for gemma and sasha to be in the industry at the same time so there is no need to compare them over and over and.......over again.

i used to think sasha such an ugly version of gemma but i was wrong. sasha is one of the best posers in the business. again her talent is what keeps her in the industry so she'll not be models who come and go.

Can anyone tell me why Mathias was knocked off the Icons list? I can't imagine him not being there anymore (although I do admire Werner Schreyer's career and status)?

Hmmm that is true, he only had the Joop! campaign and what I'm guessing to be his only runway show with Gucci.
But maybe NYFW and some new campaigns can put him back on the Icons list.

^ well none of the guys in the icons list have campaigns this season, save Mark Vanderloo I guess. Plus Mathias just landed his third fragrance contract which is why i'm puzzled they removed him. whatever works for them, though.

and would be the 1st one to be pulled out from the que list

it basically confirms what we all know already. MDC does have major influence even though the list is so incorrect.
