I am really impressed by this girl after seeing Jane Eyre (twice)! Her performance in Alice left me quite indifferent, but I guess it's hard to stand out against all the hype, extravagant costumes, and fancy 3D distractions. Thus I was quite skeptical going into Jane Eyre, as it is one of my favourite novels and Jane one of my most loved literary characters. However, despite my bias going in, she really held her own and portrayed Jane beautifully. I think she was really the standout in that film, and that is a lot coming from me, considering my obsession with Michael Fassbender.
She seems really level-headed and poised for her age. I hope Mia goes on to have a wonderful career.
