Missing him terribly

Wouldn't it be nice if he made another comeback like this?

Heaven knows how many times I've watched this, and 2:20 never failed to be the cry spot...

jay z is right they should have never touched this song..they failed miserably.

They should have maybe revamped the song. Increase the clarity of the voices, deepened the bass, and added more strings. They should have modestly improved on the live sound.

The only good thing about it, is it was originally written and composed by three very talented people and Michael was the running force and his voice and his appearance.

I don't mean to put down Lionel Richie and Quincey Jones, but that was not a true representation of their talents.


I would say if you were going to do a remake:

1. It should have been Micheal's Jackson voice and Lionel Richie's voice singing all of the lines. All of them. If they had it on file.

2. The new people from today should have sung the chorus along with a choir group, Very POWERFUL CHORUS SOUND, you know. (Earth Song) (Man In The Mirror)

3. There should have been a live orchestra playing the music.

4. There should have been a cartoon hologram of Michael conducting the choir and orchestra in one big room, he would have loved that I believe.

5. They should have taped it.
B) This legacy deserves BETTER.

I'm Happy that it benefited HAITI though

^agree with you...everything just looks poorly done, one example could be the part with Michael and Janet, which is so soft and quiet (I think they've made it too soft), and then all of a sudden Barbara comes in as if screaming. Don't nobody tell Quincy about these things? Is he too old to hear them out or what?

I would have appreciate it more if they just made a new song. With all the artists there I'm sure something would have come out of it. I didn't really like this We Are The World remake.
