Michelle Williams

The last outfit is so disgustingly trendy, but I wouldn't class it as a 'candid' outfit. It looks like she's promoting her film. I guess she's busy filming that Oz flick so she couldn't go to the London premiere.

Ive just got in from the premiere/party, her presence was definitely missed but I have to say she is just incredible in this movie. They all are, but she's really spectacular, I really hope she gets an Oscar nod out of it. Just when you think she couldn't get any better...

I think a blazer, blouse/t-shirt and slim pants are classic pieces that never go out of style.

^ I agree. Tux like jacket, slim ankle pants, and a striped top. All classic pieces. I don't know what the fuss is about, frankly. Yeah, it has a slightly different vibe but why not?

I like her premiere outfit and the 'candid.'

I wish she would wear more colour though! I still remember that mustard yellow gown she wore to the Oscars a few years back.

Here's a new fascinating Behind-the-Scenes feature in which you really get to see Michelle's transformation into Marilyn! If I wasn't already excited about this movie, this really did the trick!

There are so many videos and interviews and tv spots for Michelle/Marilyn that I'm not going to even bother begin posting them because I'd get lost. Instead, have some pictures of Michelle getting into costume as Marilyn taking by Brigitte Lacombe. (via nowness.com)

Besides the fact that she is utterly incredible and you forget you're watching Michelle in this movie and just see Marilyn, what I love most is that she has the balls to take on a role most actors wouldn't have touched with a barge pole. She's fearless. She looks incredible too, she actually really suits the Monroe look.

Marion Cotillard on Michelle Williams in 'My Week with Marilyn'
SAG Preview 2011: Actors on Actors

"Michelle Williams' portrayal of Marilyn is not an impersonation, she eloquently depicts the all-encompassing layers of the woman who has captivated the world even 50 years after her death. Michelle embodies this challenge with a mysterious attraction all her own and yet still so Marilyn in complexity and depth. Rather than further push Marilyn's sexual aura, Michelle captures the very essence of the life we missed -- the life we can't see in pictures. Michelle's representation of Marilyn's vulnerability, allure, humor and often childish demeanor reveals the inner struggles and the reality of the icon's multi-layers as Marilyn Monroe and Norma Jean. I admire Michelle's ability to give life to each aspect of this faceted character, while embracing the confidence and whimsy of an actress who left such an indelible impression in cinema."

i'm sorry for keeping asking the same question, but does anyone know if her Elle interview is available anywhere to read?
