That GQ cover and spread are WRONG, pure insanety. The person who convinced her to do that should be fired immediately!!

The girl is playing Marilyn Monroe yes! But for once someone is gonna show the other side of Marilyn not just the sexual object. That's why everybody was so excited about My week with Marilyn. And just when she's getting acclaimed by everybody she decides to pose like that, presenting the complete opposite of what her character stand for.
It may sound excessive but I hought she was smarter than that.
