i guess i am in the minority, but i don't really like michelle in LV; in fact, i don't like it on a lot of the starlets who've worn it of late, including jennifer connelly and in some cases charlotte gainborgh too, though she suits some looks. truthfully, i haven't liked NG's designs that much since he's joined the label (which is much the same as what happened with Raf at Dior, and how it often looks bad on starlets like marion and jennifer l).

michelle, to me, suits a softer or more hipster-alternative aesthetic. i love her in APC for one thing. i think it'd be great to see her in clothes by suno or creatures of the wind or miu miu or even delpozo.

this look is too "hard" / servere for her imo.

I completely agree! I like some of her looks in recent candids (although still not as much as I did a few years ago), but most of her event looks are a miss for me these days.

While I love Michelle in designs like Rachel Comey and APC, I think it's a nice change to see her in something more severe. She's having fun and playing around with different looks for events. Obviously she doesn't dress like this on a daily basis (as we see).

Personally I like the new LV look and blonde on her. It sets her apart from the rest.
It's very interesting how she manages to maintain LV under both Marc and Nicolas.
