Suite Française looks like another winner for Michelle, she's the perfect actress to portray Lucille. The rest of the casting seems solid, but as usual the accents are my biggest concern. But hey, its an Aussie production after all.

Having read the book at least thrice, including its haunting post-scripts, I'm very anxious to see how the film version treats the unpublished Captivité section?

The film release is slated for late January.....I'm secretly hoping for a Vogue cover!

Taking Matilda to school in BK. It's also Matildas 9th birthday!!! And does it seem like Michelle's hair is a bit darker? It looks like she stopped bleaching it and her natural color is showing. I could be wrong.

She came into my job today in Brooklyn. I was freaking out so bad. I kept telling my coworkers that I wanted to say something to her, but I was too shy. She was with her sister and I didn't want to bother her. I eventually went up to her and told her that I was a really big fan and that she looked amazing. She said I was very sweet and thanked me. She was so nice. And her skin is perfect.

She was wearing her usually get up (green jacket, leather pants, leopard Vans). And her hair was in a tiny ponytail. The nicest person ever. I'm still in shock.
