i found one at for love, forever 21's accessory store. the usual forever 21 stores often carry the same accessories, too.

edited to add:
i bought one of those hats, inspired by michelle above. i like how she wore them with the girly dress. makes me think of straw hats like those worn by madeleine, the french storybook schoolgirl. that's how i plan to wear them too, to downplay the masculinity.
