Michelle Williams

she really does look like Mia Farrow as previously noted with this short, short cut. i like the prem dress, she looks really beautiful. :)

anyone know michelle's beauty essentials? perfume? anything? thanks!

She looks really elegant, but just like pretty much every other outfit she has worn this year, a clutch would've been good.

Some raves for Michelle from the top critics!

But the film belongs to Williams, whose tour-de-force turn conflates three Marilyns: the lost, damaged little girl who seeks to escape others' expectations and return to simpler childhood days; the sexy superstar who impishly poses with a wink in complicity with her public; and the actress playing a pre-scripted part. The genius of the performance lies in the way Williams stresses the interconnectedness of these personalities: The neediness fuels the impudence, the vulnerability turns sexually provocative, and the little girl and sexpot together drive the screen role.
Variety

The luminous Michelle Williams gives a layered performance that goes beyond impersonation in My Week With Marilyn. Playing both the damaged, insecure woman and the sensual celebrity construct, as well as the role with which Marilyn Monroe was struggling during a particularly difficult shoot, Williams gets us on intimate terms with one of Hollywood’s most enduring and tragic icons. If much of what surrounds her in Simon Curtis’ biographical drama is less nuanced, her work alone keeps the movie entertaining.
Hollywood Reporter

An actress with an already established impressive range (Oscar nominee for “Brokeback Mountain”), Michelle Williams gives an immensely endearing performance as Marilyn Monroe. The good thing about her work is that though she does not try to impersonate the iconic figure, she very much captures the essence of Marilyn the movie star—if not the “real life” woman; the faults are in the writing rather than in her acting.
Emanuel Levy (hated the film, but thought she did the best she could)

Any other reviews?

she looks gorgeous, i prefer a bit longer hair on her, but she still looks stunning

^bigger boobs, I think.
I think she has big boobs but saggy, maybe the dress has some invisible construction that supports them...?

She's beyond stunning, seriously her look at the premiere is one of my favourite celebrity RC look this year. I love her hair, the make-up is flawless even the lack of accessories doesn't bother me that much and yet I'm always inclined to want more accessories.

I wish that either the shade of her hair was darker or the dress. something about this color is washing her out

and people always think other women have bigger boobs when they rarely show them off. happens to me all the time when I wear something V-neck or really low cut. I get stared at because people are used to seeing me in more conservative, non-hoochie clothing.

michelle always goes for the covered up, more conservative dresses, which is probably why some people think she looks enhanced.

I really think it's because she doesn't usually wear low cut dresses, it's suddenly, like...BOOBS! But I think she's the last person on Earth who'd fake anything. She's a really sweet, very grounded woman.

^Exactly. Michelle has always been well endowed...she just doesn't show what her mama gave her that often. But I love that about her. ;)

the boobs are definitely all her...

i think that bodice looks really love on her actually

She showed her boobs in Blue Valentine and Incendiary. Seems about right. She's had them ever since she had Matilda.

^ i just wanted to say the same thing...although i think her overall body has changed a bit since then
