imo she looks best with blonde hair because it just suits her skin tone so much better than the red hair which i think makes her look pinkish? also the short hair is so awkwardly flat she needs a bit more lift/volume and ..length!

Agreed! I would love to see her in something that would make my jaw drop - only because I know she is capable of it. She has had some really breathtaking looks in the past and with the praise she's been receiving this awards season I would love to see her step up her game.
