Mid Part

How do you make the front part of your hair fall straight to the sides in a middle part and avoid that two curly archs on the side of the forehead.
Kate Moss sometimes sports the non-desired look (divinely), her hair bends sligthly and then gets tucked behind ears....like two interrogation marks on the side of your forehead....that happens to me all the time!

The look I want is the hair falling in an inverted V from the forehead...like Daria in the Pic with Demarchelier, or something like that

Do I have to blow dry that part of the hair up? Ahead? Do I need pins like the model in the pic? Do I need to iron?

Thanks a lot! I´ll apreciate any clues on this!

i dont know quite what you mean.........

do you just mean how kate moss wears her hair?
a bit wavy but still hangs straight?

if so......mine is exactly the same just half the length......i let it dry naturally.....without brushing it......which makes it beachy.....and then just brush the ends, thats it

yeah...I mean how do you make the front part of the head hang in an upside-down V instead of in an upside-down U...

The model in the pic (the one that´s not Daria) has a clip uniting both sides of the hair...maybe that´s the trick to avoid the dreaded U...

I´m gonna try air drying with a clip in the forehead...(not a too poetic view ) so see what happens...

I think if your hair is not completely straight, you would have to iron it in order for it to be a straight V and not a curly U shape... that would probably work best

I guess a bit of fixatif could help. But I am really surprised you're asking such a complex question, who knew mid parted hair could have so many variations.
