That's not her mother, she's another actress. Her name is Melissa Ordway and she was also in The Last Song with Miley. I think she's very pretty, too.

I feel like I've been checking Miley's thread way too often recently I used to be so indifferent towards her but I've really come to admire her as of late. I like her style and - sl*tty stage outfits aside - I think she's such a great role model for teens. Just look at how fit she is! Always going to the gym and going everywhere by bicycle. She really makes me want to exercise more often, too.
