I'm sure there's plenty of younger people who have more tattoo than her. Regardless I don't see what is wrong with having a small tattoo. If she covered herself with tattoo then it's a different story.

i like tattoos and i have some myself, but what i mean is dont u have to be 18 in USA to get a tatt?? or is it 16
