I'm sort of OK with it. Think it might look better if she wasn't posing like that, pulling her skirt up to show off the Chucks. Just a peek of them from under the dress might be less jarring and more balanced.

But then I always like contradictions in styling. High/low or in this case, feminine/ masculine.

Don't like the bag with it, however ... there's just too much bagginess already, between the hoodie and the dress ... it's overkill. A compact clutch or a sharp little structured bag with a pop of another bright color would look better, I think.
