I like Tatler magazine, but why do they put foreign celebrities on cover, when they write mainly about Russians socialites and celebrities in it.

I'm Curious about this mag contents, eds but there's not many information about this mag in TFS. There're no scans but I think that's because Collezioni is a expensive magazine. I know russian prices: Collezioni Аccessories, Collezioni Beachwear, Collezioni Haute Couture, Collezioni Pret-a-porter and Collezioni Sposa costs 15 $, Collezioni Uomo 18 $ and Collezioni Donna 32 $
