^Yes, it is СНГ. The participating countries are Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan. Georgia withdrew this year.
