Miu Miu F/W 2025.26 by Lengua

Why does everything has to look like sh*t nowadays? People have no ambition anymore? It's everyone, old and young, established and those who just started.
This…

I guess because they want to appeal to everyone and not leave a single box without a tick. To all skin colors, to all fashion tastes, to all eye colors, to all heights, to all body shapes, to all ages… that’s something I despise from today’s fashion. It feels so… forced and fake, and of course the campaigns loose their strength.

im not sure that choosing Kylie to be in this campaign would help them stay at the top, probably it will do the contrary...
also was it deliberate that there is nothing going on in her eyes? i cant think of a worse miu miu girl

lets not focus on Kylie or any of the models , the choices fork styling to non creative direction to light and space is all to blame for you could have any one pop or not short big or small but if you have no point of view or deliberate vision nothing will work.

wokeness is not the issue nor is kylie and her empty stare or wide hips in pants.......... miuccia and lotta is solely to blame to expect this as ok direction /outcome.

the clothes of the show had already a difficult point of view and one could ague out of touch for 2025 which would need an even more well executed ad to make a point or give a challenging fashion direction but it just does not.

non of these girls are believable to be wearing any of these things starting with that awful flapper lady hat.

its just trash this adv wasted money and opportunity maybe the worst miu miu adv in a while for me if not top 3 of all time

I can't believe they had the audacity to pair Rila Fukushima with Kylie Jenner...I would feel ashamed to be part of this crap honestly
Don't blame Miuccia and Bertelli for Miu Miu's demise, blame the people who couldn't care less about the brand when it used to be at its peak (FW12 anyone) and then instantly hopped in as soon Lotta started working for the brand!

Lotta wanted to be subversive and apparently, it’s working.
It’s not working on me. I’m unphased by it.
I find it just sad that from MiuMiu to Prada, we don’t have a full representation of Miuccia’s vision anymore.

It’s so sloppy. And indeed devoid of ambition. I hate anything Jenner or kardashian, they cheapen anything they touch. They don’t belong in high fashion. Can’t believe im saying this but I long for aspirational models. These banal clothes need elevation.

Until the last campaign, the art direction was done by Edward Quarmby, and it seems like he stopped working with Miu Miu from this campaign, and Lotta is full charge in this campaign.

It's kind of cool to see Kylie, but her presence is overpowering. Some women become Miu Miu or Prada-fied, instead it's just Kylie wearing Miu Miu. There's no transformation. Even Kendall changed in Prada.

I also feel like they want to play the “we are so intelectual and cool that we can make Kylie work here”, but that’s SO OLD already.

Having Kylie is just passé in 2025… Carine did that 20 years ago and with much more grace. It was actually cool. Now it’s just feels desperate and irrelevant, and even more in such a multi girl campaign.

Lotta is so overrated. I can’t with people like her. They think they are so subversive and over the top, but meh.

2020's got to be the worst decade in History. People like Lotta Volkova are huge contributors to the mediocrity we're living in.
