Model members post pics!

^can someone move anais and my comments? i don't want to continue the conversation here if it isnt the right thread :)

Okay, here's a test from last weekend. It isn't the most professional looking photos.. so I won't be putting it in my book.. but I just wanted to show everyone what I mean when I say my body isn't "a normal model's body."

608503

I used to be a track runner, so my upper body is small and my lower body is muscular. Aside from running track, my family just has a very athletic physique (well, when they were younger:rolleyes: )

Feel free to delete this if I say anything against TFS rules:

35-24-36.5
I used to have the "correct" measurements, finally after a year, my metabolism is normal again.. and eating right and exercising everyday is what's helping me get in shape. It may take longer this way... but it's definitely worth it to be healthy.
This is why I get upset when people say JP's legs are ugly. Not because I'm insecure (I'm definitey not insecure anymore).. but because there are other people out there with legs like her's and mine.. and they may not think there is anything wrong with them.. until people start saying,"Cankles" or "Thick" or "Bulky". I don't care if anyone disagrees with me.. this is only my opinion and I care about the wellbeing of other people... even those I have never met.
It's part of the reason why I keep pushing for this career. I've been told No.. But, if I do work then it'll show consumers that it's totally fine to be curvier.
Yeah, I'm going to work hard to get to a 35" hip...but one thing will never change, and that is my bone structure.

Maybe this will start a bunch of bickering.. I don't really know.. but I don't regret what I've said.

Again, Mods, feel free to delete or move everything I've said.

sasseestefanie how tall are you? i think you have a gorgeous body. i think its important to look at a mag and say "hey i think i can pull that off too" and with these waif looking models you just cant. you are thin, of course, but you dont have a my-diet-is-crack sort of body. :)

Stef, you're gorgeous both inside and out. It's so lovely that you're doing what you think is right by staying healthy and just going for it. Love that. :flower::heart::woot:

Hey, Stef ! You know, I would love to have a body like yours. Honestly. I have exactly the problem you described - skinny from waist up and muscular hips and legs... I've never been a runner, though (which, by the way, I seriously regret...). And, I have no freaken idea of what to do about it... I mean, no freaken idea at all... I don't really work out, but I think I would if I knew the exersice routine for this kind of problem... I think it's more about the exersice than dieting... Or, maybe, I'm deceiving myself at that (I think I'm trying to avoid a single thought of a diet at all costs...). Anyways, from that picture of yours I would say that you look normal. And, if you think your legs look muscular, that's just because you haven't seen mine...

By the way, how tall are you ? I'm asking because I have much more of the muscle thing. That means you must be pretty tall...

I also agree that fashion needs all types of bodies...

As to the mean ppl, I have never checked the weight thread, but I agree that talking about some models, people do tend to go over the line of what's acceptable. Let's leave it on their conscience I say... As well as on the moderators's watch...

Yeah, looks like Stef... The last pic made me think if Stefanie might be a tiny bit of an Asian descendant.

Stefanie, i think your body is perfect! :woot: You look amazing in that pic you posted. Your legs are so long and are perfectly shaped, in my opinion. My eyes were out on stalks looking at that pic, i would kill for a body like yours!

Please don't get down about things.:flower:

Stefanie, you remind me of that girl from "A Series of Unfortunate Events" movie. Especially in the 2nd picture.

That particular model looks similar to the model who walks the catwalk for Antik Denim. Sorry, I'm not familiar with her name.
