No, but you can post your picture in the "Pictures of Us" thread in Heart & Soul.

There seems to be many people like that, who want to post thier pics. What about a separate thread for aspiring models ? Something like Aspiring Models Post Pics !

^I'd love a thread like that to be set up. I don't really want to look through all the pics on the 'pictures of us' thread especially as you aren't allowed to comment on the pics, but i'd like it if we could have a thread where aspiring models could post & we could say whether we think they have potential.

^ I think 'where we could say whether we think they have potential' is not a really good idea. It will come down to offences and bickering sooner or later. Besides, the only people who really know are agents. Though, even they don't know all the time either.
I was rather thinking of a thread where aspiring models could post pictures and discuss how they should go about this and that on their way of becoming a model, get advices from our more experienced members, share info, etc...

^i seem to recall reading ages ago (so i might be a bit wrong) that there was a thread like that but it was closed down because of young girls posting pics of themselves, asking if they can be models, etc (or something like that). and who are we to judge?

Agents do not always know . In fact, I think they know nothing about spotting great girl. Do you know how many fantastic models were rejected by agencies time and time again before making it?

Isn't that exactly what I said ? 'Even the agents don't know, how can the regular people like us know ?' You should read a post till the end before starting to argue...

A blast from the past! I was modeling this buckskin jacket for (I think) the JC Penney catalog, I was 4 years old... I was with Institute of Models in New York which was gobbled up by some other agency a while ago. My Mom said I was so upset that I couldn't take the jacket home that she had to look everywhere to get one for me; a fashion plate even in Kindergarden!!
