Models, Au Naturale .... Without Make-Up, Lighting and Photoshop

^ what kind of pills? *.* i need them

I don't know  I would like them too. I read somewhere that models use some pills for perfect skin. Four years ago when I was going to dermatologist he also gave my some pills for skin, but they didn't do any good to me. I was throwing up because of those pills and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My dermatologist didn't know how to explain my organism's reaction to this pills so he told me to quit using them.

^ A lot of models take salmon pills. It's a pretty Scandinavian thing I think, and it makes your hair shiny and your skin glow from the calcium and omega-3 and all the other great vitamins. My friend takes them and I can say that they work.

i remember reading somewhere caroline trentini used to take accutane when she was younger

^ it's the same like roaccutan, right? that's a strong medicine for very problematic skin, i wouldn't take it.

Medicines NEVER help, they do only damage! Wise and intelligent people know what to do for healthy skin: Eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink water, do not smoke and become a vegetarian! All other methods are scary and damaging!
I think Iekeline from Hollans knows very well what I mean and every time I met her she had perfect glowing skin! I think she is one of the few who does not smoke.

i didnt wanna say anything but... erin wasson should stop smoking because that really shows on her skin.
medicine does help. look at linda evangelista. she doesnt buy her cosmetics at sephora.

^ medicine can help, but they do damage at same time... and your skin usually will be problematic again if you stop using them...

Linda is not a good example...however she eats healthy, but never goes out without wearing full makeup on her face!

I agree with this. But on the other hand how come models have perfect skin while most of them are smoking and living unhealthy lifestyle? Even Candice smoke. I was really disappointed when I saw images of her with cigarettes.

Well about 2% of the population are blessed with perfect skin regardless of what they eat or do as part of their beauty routine. The rest at some point had to experience breakouts. Though I can't remember where I read this.

It is a mystery we will never find the answer of...let's face it, most of them are too young and this is my opny explanation why they have such good skin...and having the best job in the world also helps I guess;)lol

Az for the other thing that 2% of the population have no skin troubles, i totally disagree, nobody can tell this for sure and you should never trust what they write...there is not a single research in the world that has ever been even 1% close to reality, all of it is total BS which helps corporative interests or aims to make you feel one of the misfortunate minority so you can run to the store and buy skin care products! I never used any cosmetics and I have prefect skin;)

I really don't think skin can be a good reflector of diet toooooo much.. In some cases, YES, but other cases, no... For example I have very good skin, but my diet is AWFUL! I rarely ever get even just one spot / pimple. However, I've been largely out of the sun. I think sun can play quite a big factor...
