Yeah I'm not sure either, I'm glad you brought it up. It seems legitimate because of the pictures of Nikko but doesn't she tweet JegFreja who is definitely not real? I heard the same person who made the Arizona twitter made the Freja twitter (super creepy) but I'm not sure...

^Those JegFreja people are ridiculous, they run the Freja, Arizona and the Ruby Aldridge Twitter (and possibly some more), constantly posting pictures they stole from their personal Facebook accounts Sad that so many people think they're real and even promote those accounts (VogueUK and such tweet them).

The account is already suspended/deleted. I guess NEXT worked fast and made Twitter aware of the imposter.
