Bianca Balti and Malgosia Bela were the models getting me really confused when I started to fallow modeling, they was looking the same to me.
untill one day I saw a video, some cutie girl said she just had a hot sex and laughed out loud, I got no confusion anymore.

of course, isabeli's face is wider and more flat, but i definitely think they share the same short&flat forehead, eyebrows, as well as mouth

they also both share sort of close together eyes, giving a sort of cross-eyed effect
