When I first saw this photo of Bregje Heinen I thought it was Lily Donaldson. Its probably just this picture though...

Iselin Steiro and Catherine Mcneil can look similar too. Both are quite feline, have very full top lips and similar jaws and noses. Of course their colourings are totally different though. I couldn't find many pics to properly illustrate this though.

Something about Vika Sasonkina and Stam is somewhat similar, I don't know exactly what it is but they do resemble one another somewhat, I think it is the nose.

I agree about Bregje and Lily. They sometimes do look alike, but Bregje has fuller lips and different nose. They could be siblings.
I always wanted to mention Kim - Stam similarity. I mean, they don't look alike that much, but there is a little something that makes me think of Stam while looking at Kim, and opposite. Maybe something in their eyes, I dunno.

Maybe the thing with Kim and Jessica that people are seeing is the similar philtrum and colouring, but other than that I see no resemblance at all personally.

I never really gave it much consideration before. But after seeing Miranda and Natalia standing next to each other I can definitely see a similarity.
