i noticed lots of models are on facebook.. cintia, eva shaw, meredith mason, irina funtikova, heather marks....

but is it really them? because unfortunately, facebook is now open to anyone anyone could be pretending to be them. i'm sure some of them are real, like the girls who are in high school and have friends from the same area

yea i dont know if its them because you cant see their profile unless you add them. but you can look at their friend lists and i noticed alot of them have friends near where they live and a few model friends.. so i think some are real

I've seen a bunch on facebook too: Suzanne Diaz, Cintia Dicker, Lily Donaldson, Tayla Collins, Tatiana Lyadochkina, Cameron Russell, Marieke Sterling...
Most of them are friends with each other too, so I think the majority are real

And since Meredith is in the same network as me I can see her profile. Definately real. We even have some friends in common

Hehe if you want to, you can "poke" them on Facebook. Poking allows someone to see your profile for a week. For example, I poked Gemma, and now she is able to see my profile for a week if she wants. Also, Darla Baker is on Facebook too! I <3 her as a model. And she's in the same grade in HS as me! '08, yeah!

Cameron's is definetly hers, it's linked through her college, not open.

I don't think the facebooks are real. They opened Facebook to the public so you don't need to be invited even anymore. Taylor Townsend from the OC has two I think. She's a fictional character!

there have always been fictional characters and "celebrities" on facebook, even when it was closed to colleges. however, the opening of it has just increased that.

but still, dont you need a college email address to be part of a college network? so that would make cameron's real and suzanne's real. but then suzanne's says shes in the class of 2011, which unless she did early descision she wouldnt know yet. so maybe not

Yep, you need a college email student number to do so, to be part of a network. And Cameron does go to Wellesley College. If you join a city or high school network, you don't need any of that. Lots of people take longer than 4 years to finish their degree for many different reasons, less courses per year....which is very understandable considering Suzanne is a model.

why wouldnt' they have facebooks? they are regular people. they aren't super famous or anything. just because people on tfs know who they are, it doesnt mean alot of other people do.
