I can't believe no one started a thread on this show yet!!! It's absolutely hilarious.. I was laughing so hard the whole time. I think it's such a great show, displaying the new types of families we have during these times. Very appropriate for its time and so entertaining. I'm loving all the jokes and the characters.. and who doesn't love Al Bundy? Hahaha My favorite is the "cool dad".... "WTF.. why the face"... "Lily, won't that be hard for her to say" hahaha so wrong but still so funny. I love everything about the show so far, hopefully the rest of the episodes delivers just like this premiere. Oh and the lion king part, hahaha so hilarious!!!!

Just as you were surprised there was no thread, I'm surprised there's no posts in this one! Come on, where are you "Modern Family" fans hiding?

Anyway, I fully blame Hulu for getting me hooked on TV shows again. But "Modern Family" is really entertaining, I love it! My favorite characters are Claire (I love her accent so much!) and Phil! Although Mitchell and Cameron are probably my favorite couple, they're so funny.

Yeah, Mitchell is so funny, and ridiculously lovable! And I kind of wish my dad was like Phil, I love how he tries to be/thinks he's so cool, though he's not exactly, it's what makes him so endearing and in other ways really quite cool too!

I don't usually post in "entertainment spot" but had to come show my love. I don't watch much TV but Modern Family is more than worth my time! I wish the episodes were an hour instead of 30 min though. When they brought out the baby and played "circle of life" music is my favorite moment I think. I feel like this show is the love child of "The Office" and "Family Guy".

OMG there's a Modern Family thread
I was bored so I DL first ep. SO FUNNY. I DL the next 16 and watched back to back. This is one of the best new shows. The kids are also comedy gold.
My favourite scene was when Mitchell and Claire did their ice skating routine in the parking lot. And then he did a lift with Cameron at the end. Genius.
Great cameos too by Shelley Long, Minnie Driver and Edward Norton which was just awesome.

I love Edward Norton, but I didn't like him in that episode. I felt he
was trying too hard.
