raincoats for summer?
I suppose they didn't really want to do their trademark snow coats for summer.
you should see the weather right now in Vienna...
what are they trying to do, be a full fledged fashion company? they should stick to their puffers and make money there.
is this thom browne for moncler?
^was just wondering the same ...
i can't remember, but i think yes ....
the latest collection was by him, non ?
i really dont like this at all.....
Yes, this is Thom Browne, it's their Gamme Bleu line to be specific. It's female counterpart Gamme Rouge is designed Giambattista Valli.
^ Finally someone explained that.
But Valli just does a presentation, right ?
I like this...the jackets are great.
and there's still a line destined for the puffa...which is Moncler.
i see too much thom browne.
oh! mcqueen's site from a few season ago?
YES!!! Very Thom! I couldn't put my finger on it, but that is what it was. Kinda gimicky for my taste, I think they might have pushed the experimental side of menswear a bit further than necessary this season. Oh well, very well rounded and after that McQueen collection I have a heart for anything shown at this venue.
it's curious to me why thom browne would continue to lend his name to all of these collaborative ventures with both brooks brothers and moncler. is he trying to find a new permanent home? perhaps at a parisian menswear house?
otherwise, each time he steps out like this, he dilutes his own brand just a little. and i can't say i don't love it because it looks EXACTLY like his work everywhere else; if this got presented at black fleece, i'd say the same.
