she had broken a couple of her fingers, and being the supreme diva that she is, decided to have a bespoke diamond cast made for her, just for that show. ooooh, Naomi.

anyone know what happened to her finger at the vs show 2003 she had a silver thingy on it

She had surgery on that finger but I am not sure why she had the surgery. She sustained an injury of some kind. Hope that helps a little!
