She does look great in her birthday pics and, in fact, in pretty much all recent candids. (or really, ALL candids, to be honest. haha). But, I have to admit I'm particularly distracted by her cheeks. Those are not her natural cheeks. I don't understand why she felt it was necessary to alter her face like this.
