After a few price reductions and a couple of alleged assaults on the premises, Campbell's six-room apartment has gone to contract for below the last asking price of $4.95 million.
That asking price was about $1 million more than Campbell paid the previous owner, restaurateur and Miami developer Giuseppe Cipriani, for the duplex in 2005.
The 3,100-square-foot condo, which she first listed last spring for $5.25 million, is where Campbell is accused of attacking two maids on separate occasions. It features a double-height living room with a "floating" master bedroom suite, two additional bedrooms, four baths, a library, a terrace, a separate staff entrance (exit?) and a professional-grade kitchen.
Campbell has already purchased a one-bedroom from Giuseppe Cipriani, this time at his Cipriani Residences at 55 Wall St. condo project (she had been featured in its ad campaigns) and is about to go to contract on a large two-bedroom in the high $2 million range.

Braden Keil over at the New York Post reports Naomi Campbell is selling her Park Avenue duplex. The six-room condo is selling for $5.25 million and has three bedrooms, a library, a large dressing room, and a "floating" master bedroom with a teak bathroom including the massive four-person sunken tub shown here.
