I love how generous they are with samples and that they dont push anything onto you. I used my Sensitive Cream last night after not using it for awhile, and my skin is so even-toned this morning, my 'patches' of redness are completely gone. I love Natura Bisse! I'm going to restock on the peel this weekend, and I'd loooove to try the Diamond Drops, I've always been enchanted with the Diamond line. I'm afraid it's not in my budget right now, (it's $300) but someday. B)

Keep me updated on their Stimul-Eye...I've wanted to try that too. I want everything like mentioned in the "If Money Was No Object" thread.

I have used Natura Bisse products in the past and particularly would like to recommend their Sensitive range which I used when on roaccutane and needed extra TLC. Great basic skincare. I have used their sun protection in the past which is very good but prefer La Roche Posay's Anthelios range which my derm recommends.

However, personally speaking, I would avoid spending money on their more expensive ranges - diamond, etc. as they don't work the miracles they claim to do. Daily sunscreen, an adequate (not too heavy) moisturiser and regular appointments with a good dermatologist - I have found to be the simplest, cheapest route to my best looking skin. I recommend the La mer gel moisturiser and the lotion above high-tech NB products. I realy do not recommend their "oxygen" line which is basically hydrogen peroxide (a free radical) which does more harm than good while bleaching your eyebrows! Cle de Peau Beaute and Chantecaille are other highend beauty ranges that are also worth having a look at if you are considering NB.

Bizarrely, it is alsmost impossible to get Natura Bisse in Barcelona - too expensive for local tastes and budgets - it is most readily available in the US and the UK.

The La Mer Gel I actually wanted to try, but only in summer because I'm drier, but my NB rep said she had tried it and broke out. It's because it has mineral oil in it, which, last summer, I found out was in some La Prairie products I was using, and I had nasty cysts on my face that took about a month to go away entirely. Awful.
I think the percentage of the hydrogen peroxide in NB though is so small that it's not going to get into your bloodstream or attract free radicals as long as you apply sunscreen. They do have a fabulous suncare range, which I love and use.

Thanks for your post, I have used some Chantecaille, and really enjoyed one of their masks. I have Cle De Peau Beaute's $500 La Creme and it really doesnt do much. Thankfully it was a gift.

Yeah this hydrogen peroxide is something I'm concerned about, but no one at the counters seems to be able to offer me more information about this issue. I have samples of the Oxygen Complex which has 4% hydrogen peroxide, but I only use the Oxygen cream but I'm not sure of the quantity in it. I know hydrogen peroxide is over sold over the counter (for wounds etc.) at 3% so I would imagine the cream contains 3% or less?

Anyway, I'm a big believer in preventative skincare and I'm only just finding a selection of products that are really working for me. Whilst Oxygen Cream has been lovely to use and has had a big impact on my skin, it's not such a miracle cure that I would want to make a big compromise with my skin later on by using it. After all, wrinkles and sun damage won't go away once you've got them - largely, acne can be controlled through various measures.

Maybe it's not as big a deal as I imagine, but it's been hard to find a clear answer on this. I'll carry on using it till I finish the jar and see how things are then

I would like to try this as an alternative, but have never seen it here

^^Are you still using the Stabilizing Gel Cream? How's that? And do you like the Sensitive Toner? I'm going to buy it next week, wanted to know what you thought.

The Stabilizing Gel Cream is really nice, just about the lightest cream I've ever used and I think my skin is more balanced overall - but I think it can still be improved so hopefully that will come with longer term consistent use. However, because it is so light I feel like I need more moisture now that its particularly cold But for summer I think it'll be perfect!

The Sensitive Toner - I do like this. I've had it since may and I'm only 3/4 of the way through so I think it's good value for money. It has a nice scent, absorbs nicely, and whenever my skin feels a bit because of the weather, I use this and it totally calms it down...I think this is the best thing about it. If you have a toner you use and like already, maybe you don't need this because I'm not convinced it's the best toner ever, but I like it in my routine and the calming and balancing properties mean that I'll continue buying it.

Mineral oil is the cheapest oil!

I have tried Natura Bisse's Diamond cream and I think that while it is nice it didn't really do anything special for my skin. I enjoyed the scent and it certainly left me well moisturized but I think that comparitively there have been other moisturizers that did more for me. I think La Mer is better and Kanebo Sensai as well. Its a very nice cream though, nice and thick it would be great for winter.

I still have the Diamond cream around here somewhere, if you'd like I can make a little sample and send it to you. PM me if you are interested.

I checked out the Kanebo Sensai products on there website. They seem to be beautiful products with a lot of technology behind them. Do you have any idea what there price point is? They don't seem to list them on the website.

I use the La Mer gel cream in the summer for daytime. I like the light texture and it has been very good for my skin. I do use the NB Diamond cream and eye cream at night-time, and enjoy that but the two best products are the glyco peel and the diamond mask, IMO. I also like the NB neck cream. I haven't seen any difference with the tensolift or the inhibit products, but I only have generous samples. They do have great samples when you order during NM beauty events. My skin has greatly improved since I started using them about two years ago.

I'm a bit of an NB junkie I know but I find these are the most effective products I've ever used, I love them - but this is the best.

SUN DEFENSE FLUID SPF 30
Someone in another thread made the comment that, of course you want to say you use sunscreen everyday but many people don't. I always wore it when it was extra sunny, if I knew I was going to be outside a lot but not day to day. I tried various ones but all with the same results, not good enough to use everyday...until now

Good um, everything! I use it instead of a moisturiser in the morning and I find this perfectly adequate for the entire day. It absorbs really quickly, no white cast, just apply my makeup over the top and it doesn't interfere with my foundation - it really does act just like a moisturiser! A lot of sun products make my eyes water, but I have no problem with this at all. It doesn't leave me shiny, it doesn't have a particularly strong scent, it's nice packaging & easy to use...in short, it's perfect and it's a pleasure to use everyday.

Bad It is expensive but if you're buying Natura Bisse products, it's what you expect I guess!

Buy again yes, a thousand times over!

Yes they have THE BEST suncare range of any cosmetics line I personally believe. I have only tried samples of the Fluid, I used to use the Cream which is slightly more expensive and has a tint to it, I have normal to dry skin so the Cream was fine, and now I have had their newest little Sun Defense Oil-Free with an applicator sponge attached, well I've had it for over seven months! It lasts forever! I know what you mean about being able to use it as a moisturizer, its that hydrating and smooths out sooo nicely. Beautiful product with flawless results. I want to try their self-tanners now, because if their SPF's are this luxe, I think their self-tanning line might just be the trick for me, I've tried Clarins, Guerlain's, and I always end up too dark or streaky. So once it starts to warm up (few months) I will experiment with NB's self-tanners!

like I said I ordered the NB sensitive cream, it's a big pot which will last a long time

I love the smell of it, so far I've only used it twice (also using other new products and otherwise can't determine the effects) and it was a bit greasy but I think I used too much

anyway, I would like to order more of NB: I was already thinking of the sensitive eye gel and also looking for a good toner (for the moment I use dermalogica soothing spray but don't like it that much), recommendations?

or other good products from them are welcome , do they offer something good against pigmentation?

Oh glad you like the Sensitive Cream, Valkyrie. You dont need too much.

They have the Sensitive Toner, also their Sensitive Cleansing Cream is fabulous, and for pigmentation they have a lightening complex, its a bit expensive, but it really helps brighten up dark spots. I use it just for when I want my skin to have a brighter 'look'.

Valkyrie, I'm glad you're happy with the cream! I find it a little too heavy sometimes in warmer months so I tend to use it as a night cream, on my neck, or just on the areas where I am dry, it will sink in even though it seems greasy at first. You really do not need much - these products are expensive to buy but they will definitely last you a long time! Natura Bisse has been really remarkable for me...I have tried many different products & lines but there have been no comparable results, I hope you will feel the same way.

I bought the Sensitive Toner in May 2008, and it's only just finished It has a nice scent, cleans the skin, is refreshing but it is just a toner so it won't do much more than that. With this product, if you have a toner which works well for you, keep with it but if you feel like trying something new, this is a nice one to go for.

In terms of eye creams I use the Stimul-Eye Active Gel for puffiness (an ok product, works well if you're consistent & do not have a serious problem with bags) and the Eye Contour Cream (great for moisturising). When I am done with the gel I will try the Sensitive Eye Cream.

If you tell me what kind of skin you have, I can try and recommend some other products I have tried

thanks for the tip letthemeatcake, one of the shops has it, it's indeed expensive but if it works I don't mind paying it, I also found a review on beautysnob of it which was also good - probably ordering it next week!

miumiu: yes indeed, was thinking the same thing to use it at night because I like something with SPF during the day

so far I haven't used many toners: I was doubting between 3: sensitive, diamond mist and lightening toner

for my eyes I was also leaning towards the sensitive one because I wear contactlenses also and sometimes my eyes get irritated

I have a sensitive normal skin with some pigmentation

Oh the Lightening Toner must be new! I havent heard of it or seen it at their counters. Get the Sensitive Toner, best bet for you I think, as the Diamond Mist is part of their most expensive line, Diamond, and its for more dull/mature skin. The Lightening one sounds nice as well, if you end up trying it let us know.
