Natura Bisse Barcelona Products

Yes the Oxygen Mask is insanely good [vogue].

Valkyrie I havent heard about the Lightening line being discontinued, I hope not! :(

yeah it is, at least over here and what's worse, she can't get a hold on the lightning complex anymore, everything is sold already *sigh*

so I'm looking for a new complex/serum thing, maybe try the one from shiseido lucent serum? or any other recommendations?

I'm ordering the nature bisse eye contour SPF15 cream though :) really curious for it!

Well I'm sorry to hear of that. Now why did you want that in the first place, do you have dark skin naturally and experience hyperpigmentation (lighter areas of your skin that are noticeably not your regular skin color) or what was the want for the lightening complex? I love using lightening complexes even though I'm pretty fair naturally just for a glow every couple months...i dont use them too long though because then skin can either become dependent on it or too used to it, it will stop working, so for maybe two weeks I use a brightening serum or lightening complex like this Natura Bisse.

Shiseido is good, I havent used the White Lucent line except for an eye cream, but I love Shiseido-Cle De Peau Beaute, its their luxe line, and so yes to Shiseido, just know you will need to use a sunscreen additionally for sure because so many ingredients of Shiseido/whitening lines make skin more vulnerable to a sunburn. Are you trying to whiten your skin?

Sorry if I'm all over the place with the questions..:D

no problem at all :) glad to have a bit of help

I wanted it because my dermatologist told my I had some pigmentation spots on my forehead and on my chin I also have some dark spots left from acne and bit of freckles on my cheeks

now I'm using the shiseido day cream lucent with SPF15, I'm trying to find the perfect day cream but it's not easy and I want SPF in it (and I always carry sunscreen with me :))

we don't have cle de peau beaute over here, I just searched for it!

I have pretty fair skin and would just like to keep it that way after I get rid of those spots :D

i was thinking of trying out the Stabilizing Cleansing Mask-Oily skin because I sometimes have acne on my chin/jawline

has anyone tried it before or if you know another product that could help me out!

I'm still waiting for my eye contour cream to be deliverd *taking forever*

^I wrote a bit about that product earlier in this thread, and I still really like it and use it every now and then like a treatment. It's much lighter than other clay masks I have used and it works well mixed with a bit of water if you use it as a cleanser. I would say if you have combination skin it's great, but just be careful using it on the areas where you're drier - and like with all NB products consistent use brings best results. This is probably the best product I have tried of the Stablizing line :flower:

I will let you know how I like the Sensitive Complex - so far so good though, I think I'm getting close to finding my best routine...and LTEC, you need to check out The Cure, I got the toner yesterday :woot:

oh now I see, totally overlooked it!!!

it's not easy to find a good routine, normally I have normal sensitive skin with occasional acne on chin but lately my skin has become more oily on my chin/jawline which leads to more breakouts (annoying!) and I haven't changed my routine but the temperature has drastically risen so think it's that - maybe the mask can help me out

I have found a beauty spa that carries NB line, but it's pretty far, anyway I'm on holiday now so guess I'm making an appointment to see what products suits me best according to them :) it's not like I have anything else to do :D

It's been incredibly hot here too and your skin can change so much between seasons, so it's definitely trial and error to find what works for you, and then what works for you at different times of the year  I would definitely say that if you have sensitive skin and issues with acne (like me) the sensitive line would be great basic care for you, and then add in additional specific treatments, like the cleansing mask. The sensitive cleanser could be a bit heavy in the hotter months so I would try the cleansing gel with AHA which exfoliates a little bit daily and will just help to clear some of the excess oil. If you can get to the spa do so because their facials are wonderful and it's good to speak to someone who really can see your skin and make a recommendation :flower:

I've booked a facial for friday morning with a male colleague, I'm happy they still had something available for this week

the acne on my chin is getting out of hand, I have so many big red spots now, the last time it was this bad was in my teens so I'm at the verge of panic :)

Breakouts on the chin and jawline are associated with hormones, you may find that this area is more affected at certain times of the month - it sucks -_-

So with regards to the products that I bought last week, I am SO happy with them :woot: I got a sample of The Cure Cream Cleanser, and I will definitely be buying it when I'm finished with what I have now. It took off ALL my makeup, even my impossible to remove mascara which nothing gets off completely, and it didn't irritate my eyes at all, didn't make them blurry, it's like magic! So I think I will purchase this rather than having to buy cleanser and several makeup remover products. It's a lighter consistency than the Sensitive Cleanser, lovely to use.

The combination of The Cure Hydro-Gel Toner and Sensitive Complex has really had an impact on my skin, I love both products. The toner is so much more than a toner...it's like a treatment ^_^ It has a light consistency, and one pump on a cotton pad is enough for my face. This is supposed to be good for oily skin, preferable to the Stablizing Toner. I can't really split up my reviews because I use these products together for the same amount of time so it's not really easy to say if it's just one product doing all the good, or both, but the Complex is something I definitely wish I'd been using from the beginning. It's light, one pump is enough again and it gives me enough moisture (in the morning I use this and a sunscreen rather than a moisturiser as well). My skin feels calm and clear and my pores are very small, and overall feels more unified and glowing.

LTEC I kept the ingredients for The Cure products if you want them :flower:

yeah I know but I'm getting my period next week, which normally leads to one spot, so it's a bit weird that I'm getting spots now, nevertheless I think I've found the problem after hours of thinking (have been using a new moisturizer from caudalie for 2 weeks now which worked great the first week, now I've quit and changed back to my shiseido and the spots have decreased already), but now I still have some and these "red marks" left, annoying, I hope the day passes quickly :D - I'm curious to see which products they would recommend

glad to hear you like the products, the cure line definitely sounds fantastic :) for now I have enough cleansers but I could do with a new toner and a new serum, I just don't know if the whole cure line is available in my country! Europe gets set behind from time to time :(

miu_miu I am so happy to hear the reviews of the Cure cleanser! And if its lighter consistency than the Sensitive Cleansing Cream then that makes it definitely a must-have, although I love that cleanser for its calming effects it was always a bit too 'whipped' and thick and hard to remove.

If you have the time, I'd love to see the ingredients. :flower:

ok so I got my facial done today :) took about 2 hours, was really pampered by a lovely guy :D :D

my skin is combination of normal (forehead) dry (cheeks) oily (chin+jawline), this means it has changed because I used to have normal skin with only an oily chin

they did a good cleansing and mask (papaya?) and she, owner, recommended me some products:
-young active cream spf10
-glyco peeling plus

I explained about my change and she recommended to use the active cream and 2 times/week the peeling plus and then after a few weeks we could see how my skin has developed, whether it returned to its original state and then we could discuss more products (I bought the active cream and she gave me 3 samples of the peeling)

she also gave me 2 samples of maria galland mask (02)to put on my acne this evening and wash off in the morning, reapply again and normally this would help with the acne *fingers crossed*

btw I did a search on maria galland, also a very popular -hard to find- skin care line, same costs as natura bisse more or less, really curious for the mask to try out!!

oh and letthemeatcake, they also carry a luxury line :) thought that might be a nice fact for you :D

Nice Valkyrie! Where was it exactly you had the facial? A spa that uses NB? I've never had one of their facials but would love one. Sounds like you had a fabulous experience and given terrific recommendations, and thank you for the name of the other line, I will look into it! :flower:

it was a combination of a spa and beauty salon actually, they mainly use maria galland and also natura bisse and dr hauschka, you can chose which treatment you want (I took a basic treatment, don't have wrinkles so not too many other options) - I also took a peek and as far as I could see they don't have the cure line / sun defense line from NB

I hope the recommendations work, will keep you up to date on it!

let me know what you find about the brand, I'm wearing the mask right now so update tomorrow or so on its content

I bet the products are good but I can't help but laugh at the name - bisse is a slang word for beer in Finnish :D

The store I want to work in -NeimanMarcus.com-opens in one month, they sell such beautiful and luxurious cosmetic lines, and I would DIE to work for Natura Bisse there. I am so so so passionate about it, as you guys know, anyhow there's another department store that is Neiman Marcus' competition, Nordstrom, and alot of people have gone to Neiman's-I suppose they have an on-site office there-and are starting work in a week! I will be IN the area tomorrow and want so badly to show up at the office and convince them to give me a job, I just really dont have the right shoes for it...as far as being fashionable, it's all in my head, fantasies of Chanel, Givenchy and Hermes swirl through me, because I cannot afford good clothes, I spend all money on skincare and help for when I get my hair done or for travel, I dont drive...anyhow I dont know why I posted my job hopes in this thread, just that I think NB is so beautiful and I LOVE the photos you have posted miu_miu of your collection. Yes this skincare is pricey, but you have to add in the imported feature, its from Spain, the ingredients are pricey, and they actually use a LOT of the ingredients...some new products are out, an SPF 50 for Face/Visage!! I cant post a pic, but here is the info and link. And, OMG, miu_miu a CURE serum...but its very pricey, of course!:(

I thought it wouldn't be long before we saw a serum for the Cure line, that sounds exceptional - I would love to try it but I hope I don't need it! They have repackaged some of the cleansers and toners as well I notice.

I'm trying to condense my collection somewhat - I was thinking about what I couldn't live without or what I could spend less on. At the moment I'm very close to finishing my cleanser and I'm debating between a few. Since it will be getting cooler, I want something a bit creamier - Sensitive Cream Cleanser is great but maybe too thick, I like the AHA cleansers so maybe the one for dry skin as I know the one for oily skin can be too much in winter, or The Cure which is a light cream but is more $$ although it would match my toner :ninja::lol:
