I have two questions for you NAP buyers!

1. I know they ship in those fancy black boxes, but are the actual item boxes inside those boxes? Like the designer's box or whatever? I like to collect the original boxes and keep the items in them. I think it looks nice.

2. If an Americas resident orders from the UK website do they give you a VAT tax rebate? I've gone so far in my order as to calculate the duties and taxes, but it ADDS to the unit price, instead of deducting the VAT. Weird! Well thanks, whoever can help me!

and about the designers box coming in the NAP box. ive never had anything in a box except my Louboutin shoes. clothes just come wrapped in black tissue paper

anyway, i just received my order.
love my shoes. the 38 fits perfect and im wearing them now. will need to return the 38.5 or sell them myself
the banana tee has a funny fit so i may have to return it for smaller as well

Thanks for your response Leyla! Sorry to hear about your banana tee. Maybe if I select "no packaging required" they will send the things in the original box. I will have to email and ask them.

I order a lot at NAP. Last time I ordered just shoes I haven't got the black box, just the shoe-designer-box. But today I got a Jovovich-Hawk-dress, which was inside the black box wrapped in black wrapping paper. And the 12 Christmas Cards were included as well.

I hope the sale is starting soon.

Yes, this happened to me - except that I ordered a pair of Christian Louboutins, which were on sale for 80 pounds. I stayed awake for hours trying to order these shoes and then I received confirmation that my CC was charged . The next day, NAP informed me that the shoes weren't available . I was so angry and upset and they dismissed my email of complaint, in which I requested that they provide a satisfactory outcome, not least because I regularly shop at their store.

The same exact thing happened to me......I think we both probably ordered the same bag. They just called and emailed me today, almost a whole week later.

ah leyla I can't believe you got the banana shirt/dress! I love it! but it does look like a bit of a funny fit. I'm so torn. It's basically the banana dress or dinner at chez bruce and I think i'm going with the latter. But I can't stop thinking about it. hmmmmm.

Oh and I got my louboutins in the louboutin box (I would be upset if I didn't) with dustbag, tissue, everything with a nap ribbon on it and that came in a nap bag. It might be different living in London though.

the banana tee/dress is perfect for the warmer days.. just bought it cos it was a good price and it reminds me of the banana,pineapple and strawberry tee shirts i got from CHloe years ago when it hit off
the shoes actually all come in their boxes but the clothes dont.. which i am totally fine with.. no need for boxes for a tee shirt or a dress ...

What do you mean by funny fit? Would you recommend to go down a size? I'm thinking about ordering this dress next time free shipping rolls around
