I sent an email to Topshop and asked, and this is what they answered:

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately at present we do not have any information with regards to shipping internationally.

However, this is something we are looking into and hope to have available at some poit in the near future.

much better design and a lot more stock to choose from but I swear they've put their prices up. these boots were £50 [now £70] the day before and they've taken down the black version that Ive been hanging on to buy for ages

Im now the proud owner of these babies and they were reduced to £30!

Topshop has now started to deliver to USA and Australia, but not to Europe
