Here's the poem he wrote. It was turned into a song but it's only on one dvd of his. The Dom where Nico sang in the 60's with the VU and solo was on St marks street. Apparently someone kept calling Nico and hanging up the phone and she accused Jacson Browne of doing it so she told him to leave New York and he wrote this on the bus ride back to California.

That was horrendous 
that was very awkward looking. 
That was a beautiful poem. He certainly seemed enamored with Nico.
