I've worn mine with everything from jeans to a cocktail dress! I think since I always wear a very classic looking coat, and am mostly actually physically carrying it when I'm walking around town, it always looks great. I don't really believe in tiny evening bags, but I was told I looked "so perfectly evening" by a cute swedish professor at a bar just the other night while carrying it, so I guess it looked good! I'll try and take a picture sometime soon of me carrying as I normally would.

I wear mine with everything too! I read somewhere that McQueen said it is a "strong bag" and carrying it makes a woman look stronger.

I just got back from new york and they had this bag at the boutique. Its VERY heavy. I was shocked.

the crochet seems a strange touch w/ such intense colors...i thought the crochet looked much better in light brown/gold shades...

may be the lighting, but also the red crochet looks like a strange color- like it's dirty?

Is the Novak available anywhere else online other than NAP?

I'm loving the beige/camel crochet..the all leather one is too small to go over the shoulder...

What does everybody think of the brown crochet on NAP? I'm trying to decide between the light camel and the brown...any comments would be great!!!

I think the one you like is the same that I like.. I think there is a non croc leather version, same as the one pictured earlier in this thread. I've see a light beige/tan crochet version like the brown/red ones on NAP and it's not crochet with croc leather judging from the fact that it was HKD14,800 or about USD1900..

I just saw the woven leather style (Bottega meets Novak?) at Liberty -- interesting. Not sure if I like it or not.

I saw it at Joyce Boutique in Hong Kong. I emailed NAP and they said they will not be stocking the tan colour crochet.

NAP said that they are taking preorders for the novak clutch, knit novak and woven novak (medium, they have small now).
