The shots of her behind the blinds and in the alleyway with the man are the stuff of Hitchcockian intrigue. Unfortunate that this brand of strong narrative are absent in the other shots. Too many photographers just can’t seem to deliver a solid edit these days— even the good ones. This edit feels like two stories pieced together.

Of course, Guinevere is effortlessly to die for.

So true!! We need more of these thematic features. I'm a huge fan of anything cinematic, so this worked for me even on paper. The fact that is turned out so flawless and Guinevere so cold and detached is only a huge bonus for me. I'm getting heavy noir vibes here especially with the shadows, blinds, and the 'Lady of Shanghai' mirrored shot.

Definitely agree with Sixt, this edit was way too shot. Way too short. But at least it's all in landscape, so I image it will all be double page shots.
