lol so true! makes me wonder if i should be wearing more foundation as my skin is no where near as good as hers!

Well, I don't see any texture on her skin (i.e. zits, scars) so I'm guessing she has naturally beautiful skin, which is why I don't get the need for a tonne of foundation! It looks BAD. I don't think you would need to pile it on either, less is more, esp. with foundation. If you have pigment issues, a bit of spot concealer followed by a sheer foundation takes the place of a heavy coat of cream foundation.

I don't think it's realistic to say she "doesn't have an off day". We see 20 pictures of a 24 hour day... I'm sure it takes a tonne of prep and thought to look put together... who knows what her 'real life' is like.
