The mint green almost-cardigan style jacket? It's Chanel. There's the double-c logo on every button. She's worn it a bunch of times, including in the Glamour UK spread on Post #1253! Actually, she's wearing the same exact outfit in Glamour that she is with Alexa on "Frock Me!" I love it!
