I have mixed feelings about Olivia, her role on The City makes me believe it's not just all acting but me being mostly superficial I am blinded by the girl's ability to dress her *** off. She always looked groomed, happy, stunning and lets not forget those dimples.

First the UK Vogue blog had exclusive snaps of her during her 2010 European holiday with Johannes - his beauty nearly out shone hers! And the first picture of her is truely tres chic

Now I see why she's always wearing a belt (sometimes to a fault where she looks over "accessorized") - to camouflage her straight boyish waist and lack of hips. And, she wears blousey loose tops to camouflage her small bust. She wears shorts and skirts to show off her legs which are thin and long. As many have commented previously she knows how to dress for her body type.

I agree 100 %. She dresses perfectly for her body type!

OLIVIA PALERMO has made her first UK cover - on ASOS.COM's autumn/winter 2010 issue.

"I just really, really love clothes," Palermo says in the magazine, which will be available from July 30 at www.asos.com/magazine. "I think it has evolved as I've gotten older. I understand the industry a little better and I know what works for me and my personal style. I've definitely noticed I'm getting there in the past few years. Recently, I've been taking dresses in my closet, vintage or from a previous season, and re-draping them, adding my own personal touch with a brooch or a belt."

During her month-long photo blog for VOGUE.COM she wore everything from Charlotte Olympia to Zara to BCBG, but it is Burberry's Christopher Bailey who really gets her vote.

"I haven't had a chance to meet anyone at Burberry, but I've always been a fan of the brand. Christopher Bailey is a genius, it's like he can't do anything wrong," she says.

Although the actress is still yet to launch her own fashion line, she knows exactly how she would want it look if the opportunity did arise.

"[My collection] would probably be soft and elegant - a really feminine collection," she explains. "But I do love menswear, so I would probably throw in a few blazers and pant suits into the collection. It would have to be consistent though, that's something you have to keep in mind when you're designing."

Would she ever consider a move to the UK?

"Both of my parents keep telling me that London is calling," she said. "In five years' time, I'd like to be living in London with Johannes [my boyfriend]. It really all depends on work."

I think it's interesting that vogue uk are doing as much coverage on her, especially the spread she had in the magazine a few months ago. And then you look at Whitney, the main 'star', with her company magazine (one of the worst magazines in the UK imo) and us weekly features...

^no it's for ASOS. I love Olivia and she did get a spread in Vogue UK but I think a Vogue cover is still a bit out of her reach. In the future she might very well get one though since they love her..

I know, Whitney is probably a nice girl, but not TV material. She's too bland to be a public persona. Olivia and the other girls on The City (Erin and Ali in Season 1, Roxy in Season 2) are what make the show tolerable. I won't say whether Whit's style is good or bad, but it's not the type that would make it into Vogue - it's a bit too hipster mixed with LA girl. Olivia's style is more suited to vogue...
