those nose job rumors are just stupid.. and the last photo posted doesn't prove anything.. I've seen plenty of old photos of Olivia and she has always looked beautiful and her nose hasn't changed either.

I'm not sure... it does look narrower, though that could simply result from contouring with makeup.

I so agree! Of course it's pretty much impossible to compete with Audrey Hepburn as the people have generally changed after all the decades but when it comes to the celebirties of our time Olivia definitely has the poise and elegance like Audrey had
