Olivia at the amfAR Gala at Cannes. I really dont like this Cavalli dress.....I hate to say it but I think it looks really tacky, especially with the cut outs.

I like the cluth separately, but not with the outfit.

That statement dress really did not call for a jacket but of course this is Olivia who never met an outfit she couldn't overthink so she added the jacket because she needed to mix high and low and it's contrasting pattern makes for "visual interest" and it adds "texture." All the ingredients to get pinned on Pinterest and reblogged on Tumblr even though the outfit is a hot mess.

Once you see the formula of her style it gets old fast.

Ugh. Why couldn't she leave well enough alone and forego the jacket?! This could have been a great moment for her, but as usual, she overdoes it.

That's what I've been saying, she over thinks it. Less is more, every piece by itself is gorgeous, but she keeps forgetting her edit button. I can forgive the jacket, but for me the necklace is overkill. But I get that she's making sure there's a continued conversation about her.
