I never noticed that thing with her eye in previous pics. I think it could be a bad botox injection in which case the problem will disappear in couple of months. Botox could explain her shiny forehead and the lack of lines on her face when she smiles.

^ Botox has become very popular among young rich women as a preventive measure against wrinkles. It's very odd for her to suddenly develop a lazy eye unless it's for some other medical reason.
