It as announced last month that a collaborative collection between American fashionista Olivia Palermo and Italian footwear label Aquazzura was in the works, and at last a sneak peak of the finished result has been unveiled.
"Olivia and I have a very similar vision of shoes," commented Edgardo Osorio, founder and creative director of Aquazzura. "She is a real style icon and has amazing knowledge about shoes and accessories. We wanted to create a capsule collection of the styles every woman needs in her closet, interpreted with the Aquazzura aesthetic and seen through [her] eyes."
The fabulous twelve-piece capsule range for Autumn/Winter 2014, which is slated to launch online exclusively at Net-A-Porter on August 25th and later hit select department stores in September, offers an array of styles including suede over-the-knee and ankle boots, high-heeled sandals adorned with precious jewels, metallic leather sandals and lace-up gladiator stilettos in leather and snakeskin.
"The Aquazzura aesthetic very much fits my own, so it made sense to collaborate with my good friend Edgardo," said Palermo of the collaboration. "I think it is no secret that I love a good shoe, so I very much enjoyed creating a ‘survival pack’ for every occasion and women of all ages. I hope they have as much fun wearing them as we had creating them."

#352 the shorts are nice. Over all, she is too shiny! Those gold sneakers are too much.

The collaboration looks really good.

I would actually like to see her wear these outfits when she's out and about, because we haven't see her papped in them. We see her in something completely different during the day...

And again, that last '30 looks' outfit is a bad. Hate the shoes too. I love mixing textures and prints but the top, shorts and shoes do not look good together.

It's not bad style, but sometimes the pieces she pairs together don't necessarily belong with one another.

Olivia, pleaseeee, change the bulb in your closet, because it seems it doesn't work and there must be really dark....

That is like saying, it's not bad cooking, she just doesn't know what ingredients go together..
Part of what style is, is knowing what works together. Most of Olivia's 30 days looks are badly styled. That last look is another bad one. Out of all the 26 looks, so far I only liked maybe 2? Even a lot of her pieces separately aren't good anymore imo. She used to have a great eye for picking items. Even if she gets some of it for free or she made a deal for promoting the brands, it is mostly the styling of the pieces that is the problem .

^Ghisellini bag looks grand, but probably not worth it. But wth is she doing??? Cool pieces seperately, together they're a disaster. Olivia needs to calm down.

So disappointing lately. I fell for her style when she was super polished, a classic uptown girl with a long bob and chic, slightly preppy looks. Now she's trying too hard and piling on way too many accessories and/or patterns.

^Agreed. When I started following her style, she was much more put together and her outfits were simpler, and while I do still love some of what she wears a lot of time I just...don't.

As we near the end of my 30 looks for 30 days series, for look #29 I’m wearing a Burberry top and a DvF skirt paired with a double wrap Reiss belt, a Nathalie Trad clutch and Jimmy Choo pumps.
