I really like Olivia on The City, but for some reason I feel like Whitney doesnt reall like her and its only the first episode.

Yeah even in the photo shoots for the show you can tell in the body language that Whitney doesn't like her. I think she looks great!

isn't it scripted? They're in all likelihood editing it so that we get an archetypal "good girl", "mean girl", "party girl", etc..

i doubt anyone is really "themselves", they're just playing themselves

I read somewhere that she's repped by Kelly Cutrone herself. The City is fake, with fake jobs, etc...Oliva has mentioned that she wants this show to help launch her own 'brand' - she wants to create jewelery too. I think she just basically wants to be the next Paris Hilton.

I dont think I like the way MTV is potraying her she seems sweet, and get that she really wants to help Whitney make the transition to the city life.

It is so funny to read the comments in this thread and the ones in Whitney's thread...everyone over there dislikes Olivia and everyone over here dislikes Whitney. She def. looks good and has a nice style, but does come off as very elitist.
