Yes, ASOS is a UK-based company whose website retails clothes and beauty items.

They stock a number of brands such as those on the high street (Gap, Whistles, Mango) and designer names (Paul & Joe, Alexander Wang).

If I remember correctly, they began business as a supplier of budget-friendly imitations of clothes being worn by celebrities - hence the 'As Seen On' origin of their name.

They produce a small magazine - primarily containing material to advertise their product collection, littered with other distractions such as styling tips, celebrity interviews - and this is sent to a random selection of active customers.

Yes... the site has grown into one of my fave out there. I order from them all the time, but I remember when I first started going it was just a place to get the imitation clothes you saw on celebs.

It's so funny when ppl pronounce it "AssOss" when it's actually an acronym.

Olivia is a babe but the clip/clasp things she uses to pull her hair back are UNFORGIVABLE!!!!

Her hair looks a lot better dark in my opinion. Her style is not my taste at all, but I can appreciate. Although she kind of dresses like my mom....

Even people who work there pronounce it AssOss though! I never ever hear the acronym used anymore -its past that now and ASOS is a brand in its own right.
