Shes beautiful and the dress is pretty Im not sure if it was the best choice for her, it makes her look flat as a board and just kinda hangs, but Im still dying over that purple dress at the GGs so anything would look blah in comparison

Olivia is the cover girl for the Spring 2009 issue of Capitol File Magazine (sold mostly in the Washington D.C. area). I got my hands on this magazine by luck, so I'm not really sure if this can be found in all bookstores and newsstands.
